We have a wonderful 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. It is 2 blocks south of Rehoboth Avenue and just over 2 blocks to the beach. The king suite features a Sleep to Live mattress and Lilly Pulitzer decor. The girls' room has 2 twin beds and is decorated in Lilly Pulitzer fabrics. The boys' room has 2 twin beds, and is a surf theme with madras bedding. There is a large sectional in the living room with a queen sleeper to accomodate extra guests. The family room is off the kitchen and opens to the screened porch.
Rehoboth Beach is home to over 100 locally owned and operated restaurants, making each dining experience unique. Local shopping is abundant along and around Rehoboth Avenue and the Boardwalk. This is all within a 5 minute walk of our home. Outlet shopping is a 5 minute drive away.
This has been our second home and has all the ammenities you need at the beach including a large screened porch, two living areas, and driveway parking for 3 cars. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home, and a farm table and chairs to comfortably seat 8. There are flat screen HD TV's, Blu Ray player, wireless internet, gas grill, games, chairs, boogie boards, towels, coolers, etc. Hardwood floors cover the single floor layout with exception of tile floors in the baths and laundry room. The home is professionally decorated with a bright and cheery beach theme.
Our cottage is pet friendly for 2 of your well-behaved and housebroken dogs. The back yard has a 3-4 foot cedar drape fence to allow your pet some outdoor space. Dogs are welcome on the beach during the off-season, and welcome in many of the retail establishments year-round in this very dog-friendly town.
